Returns & Exchanges

GALLERY DEPT. accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and custom items are marked as final sale and are ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging with all designer tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
